Risk Kitchen have witnessed a rise in street vendors and Pop ups recently. Perhaps the trade is returning to its roots. Restaurant was once used to describe the rich bouillons served at taverns and Public Houses in France, to restore the spirits and relieve ailments.
McDonalds once featured a grilled pineapple sandwich, marketed as a “Hula Burger” in the 1960’s. Whilst this was a flop and never made it nationally, we think pregnant ladies everywhere may disagree!
